1/4 cup minced fresh parsley |

1/2 tsp. dried cilantro |

1/4 tsp. minced garlic |

1/4 tsp. lemon pepper |

1 tbl. olive oil |

1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning |
 |

1/4 cup cooking wine |

3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (or turkey) |
Mix together the first six ingredients. Slice the breasts, creating a pocket, and stuff with the mixture or spread the mixture over the breasts. Place the breasts in a flat dish. Pour the wine over the breasts. Place in the refrigerator, marinating for at least 3 hrs. before cooking.
Cook in the same dish, allowing ten minutes for the dish to warm up. Cook in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
