1/2 tsp. dried tarragon |

1/2 tsp. garlic pepper. |

3 slices ham, thick sliced |

1/2 cup sliced green pepper |

1/2 zucchini, sliced lengthwise |

Garlic ( 1 clove minced or 1/2 tsp. pre minced garlic) |

1 tbs. olive oil |
Sauce
 |
|
1/4 cup Ranch Salad dressing |
 |
|
1 1/2 tbs. dijon mustard |
 |
|
1 tsp. honey |
 |
|
1/4 cup hot water |
 |
|
1/2 to 3/4 cup grated swiss cheese to melt on top |
Sauté all the ingredients, just until peppers are al dente ( still slightly crisp) Mix the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and heat very gently, it doesn't even have to come to a boil, just enough that the ingredients have blended. Place the sautéed mixture on a microwave safe plate or oven safe casserole dish. Pour sauce over top , then sprinkle swiss cheese over top. Place either in a microwave or oven to melt the cheese.
