1 cup beer |

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless |

1/8 tsp. dried cilantro |

1/8 tsp. garlic salt |

1/8 tsp. lemon pepper |

1 tsp. butter or margarine |
Honey Mustard Glaze
 |

1 tbs. minced parsley |
 |
|
2 tbs. mustard (any kind will do, if you plan to use honey mustard, leave the honey out) |

2 tbs. beer |

1 tbs. honey |
Place the chicken breasts in a flat tupperware container . Pour the 1 cup of beer over it and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
In a small bowl combine the cilantro, garlic salt, and lemon pepper. Remove the chicken from the beer and place them on a plate. Brush the butter onto both sides of the breasts. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the spices. Place in a baking pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
When the chicken is almost finished cooking, prepare the glaze.
In a saucepan place the Glaze ingredients. Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Place the chicken breasts on the serving plates and pour the glaze over top.
