Summary of Matthew's Gospel: Picking grain on the Sabbath

One Saturday, the Jewish sabbath, Jesus and his disciples were picking the tops off of the grain so that they can have something to eat. Now, this would normally be okay, but on the sabbath, it was considered illegal. The Scribes and Pharisees immediately call Jesus out as soon as they found out, but Jesus brings up how David ate the bread in the temple, whne supposedly only the priests could, so his disciples should also be able to eat just a few heads off of the top of the grains.
