Summary of Matthew's Gospel: The Infancy Narrative

There was a star in the sky that shone so brightly that it could have been seen in the daytime and the nighttime. There were three magi from foreign lands, who traveled to find the new king which this star signalized. They traveled very far, and they finally made it to the king, who was lying in a manger with other animals. They brought him gifts of gold, francecence, and myrrh. Their names were believed to be Melcur, Balthazar, and Casper.
