I have designed this site with Japanese students of English in mind. My reviews are straight to the point in brief sections to keep your reading time down and learning time up. I have scored all movies within its own genre because I feel that it's worthless to compare a silly comedy to a serious drama. Therefore, Star Wars is compared to Independence Day but not Roman Holiday.

NEW! Hey everyone! Wow, what a long break since the last update! I'm getting ready for my upcoming wedding in April and I'm very excited to go to Hawaii! I've checked out a few movies since the last update so have fun checking out all the new reviews including this year's Academy Award Best Picture and other Best Picture's from years past.
