Not your ordinary John and Jane
What's it about?
This action movie opens with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at marriage counseling. Obviously, there are problems in their marriage but their biggest problems are the secrets they hide from each other--namely, that they are both professional assassins. Unbeknownst to each other, they are sent to kill the same target and end up interfering with their respective plans, thus forcing them against one another.

Fans of the star couple of course, and just action movies in general.
My Thoughts
Director Doug Liman has had experience directing action movies (i.e. The Bourne Identity) so I was confident that the action scenes would be good (very important for an action movie, ha ha). Throw in Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's star power with a little comedic touch from Vince Vaughn and you have a decent action flick. The premise is fairly interesting and lends itself to some amusing interactions between Brad and Angelina. Did I mention that Angelina is looking good once again on screen? All things considered, I'd say this movie worked for me. It's not Shakespeare In Love folks. Have fun with it!
