What's it about?
The killer Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) is back with his new apprentice, Shawnee Smith (the girl from the first two movies). However, Jigsaw is dying and so they kidnap a doctor (Bahar Soomekh) to help save his life. But she is strapped with a device connected to his heart rate so if he dies, she also dies. Meanwhile, they put another man to the test to see if he can ultimately forgive the man who killed his son in a car accident.

My Thoughts
Well, I can't say for sure that this will be the final movie in the series but I can say that this is the best so far in the series. It takes the best parts from Saw and Saw II and combines them nicely to form Saw III. We get a look inside Jigsaw's head again and the creativity from the first movie is back once more. At first, it may seem that the story doesn't make sense, but don't worry, it comes together at the end. Overall, I thought Saw III was pretty well written, well directed again, and upheld the same style and freakiness of the first two movies. Fans of this series won't be disappointed with this edition as some unanswered questions from the earlier editions are answered. People new to the series should be warned for the same reason. If you're looking for a good, entertaining movie for a Friday night, I would recommend this movie. For those with weak stomachs and have never heard of Saw before, you have been warned!
