Sheryll's Juice Fasting Journey

This journey is for my overall health and wellness.  No diets for me.  For 60 days I will aid my body to heal itself naturally by cleansing my system through juice fasting.

Why juice fasting?

For you to understand my reasons for doing this, you have to know how I got
here.

Please take careful note that I am not a medical professional or fitness expert.  I have had many issues with my weight and overall self-image for several years and have looked for a way to overcome them once and for all.  I do not recommend that anyone start a juice fast/cleanse of this length if they have never fasted before.  Start with a one- to three-day juice fast and work up to doing longer ones.  The benefits are amazing and you will be surprised by the amount of energy you have.  This solution is working for me; everyone is different and will respond differently to each health and wellness program.  Please consult with a trusted and knowledgeable professional before attempting.
