Helped to mark some chemistry final exams this weekend. Amazing what people will write down when asked to name the functions of protein in the body... These are real answers, cuz you can't make this stuff up. hehehe.
- Strengthen bones and produces body fluids such as bile.
- Used to make hair, assist in transporting nutrients and making things like toe jam.

It was decided this week in the office that I have not had the full Tbay redneck experience yet. So, we went to the "Stanley Hotel" for lunch of Friday because I HAD to have a Stanley Burger. I was warned about the 'nice ambiance' and needing a 200 watt light bulb to be able to see the table. Apparently you're kinda overdressed for the Stanley if you're wearing jeans. heheh. Anyway, after a 20 minute drive on a road that was more like a dirt path, we arrived. It wasn't as bad as i thought it would be, the place did have electricity and running water. I also proved again that I can fill up on just as much food as men twice my size. 8) And them there Stanley burgers sure make fer some good eatin', eh?

Had dinner at Swiss Cha|et this weekend. Now I know it's not anywhere close to the height of fine dining, but I have a good excuse. So here it is: the meal was all paid for in coupons! You'd be stupid not to go for tens of dollars of free food, that's what i say. Besides, it makes for an ultra cheap date. heheheh.
