A typical day in Billing ...

• Reports to the internal customers (10 regular +10 adhoc reports each)

• Create script+ schedules for some of these adhoc reports

• Exports for the customers

• IR billruns (appx 80 operators for TAP-Out generation and TAP-In files processed per day)

• Rating of the calls (5 hours daily)

• Billruns (10 billruns per month taking 8-12 hours per 5k customers)

• Recurring charge deduction (7 hours per day)

• House keeping activities

• Answering internal customer queries (all day per day)

• Managing Quality Assurance System (ISO-9001:2000)

• Mediation device support and Internal Application Development
