1- Billing Operations Support System (BOSS)

2- Tax Certificate software (TAC software)

3- Customer Information System (CIS system)

4- A customized script to add SMS and CLI for prepaid
5- Switch & SingleView reconciliation on weekly basis
6- Up to-date rating of call and call detail availability within One Hour
7- Customized export to the Fraud Management System
8- Customized reports for Finance, Credit, Customer Care, Marketing, Sr. Management and Government Agencies
9- Successful testing and implementation of International Roaming agreements (Etisalat, Thuraya, Al-Jwal, FRAF2 etc). TAP files have never been delayed.
10- 24x7 Help Line support for all internal customers
11- A number of packages and facilities configured in house

13- First Call Activation solution implementation on Ufone re-launch on Aug 28th, 2002
