IT Billing - Billing System
Singl.eView is the name of the Billing and Customer Care System installed at MSC Islmabad. The current version of the software is 4.02.xx.xx. Over 60 small and large releases have been installed onto the Live system and 2 major migrations have been performed since its launch in January 2001.

Over 120 clients can login at any given time (Phase-2 expansion to 425 licenses). These clients belong to departments such as Call Center, Credit Department, Finance, Customer Care, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and IS, HR etc. Singl.eView caters to needs for area like payments and adjustments, new activations, provisioning, dunning, international roaming, rating & billing, voice mail, fraud managment exports, GL exports, prepaid recurring deductions and so on.
