BrandonMaybe he launched his career too soon. Maybe he got discouraged too fast. Maybe he just didn't read the "lifetime commitment" clause at the bottom of the contract. In any case, Brandon had a short Picks career that lasted only two years. Known as Branster when he entered the league in 1995 at age 10, he compiled a 122-89 record and took third place among four people. He fell to last place the following year with a 126-89 record. He then called it quits before the 1997 season without even holding a press conference. The almighty Picks Gods were frowning. Despite his brief membership, Brandon did rack up a few major accomplishments. His 13-1 week in 1996 tied the existing all-time mark for most victories on a single Sunday (beaten by Nicole's 14-0 in 2007). He also achieved a 12-win week on two occasions. Brandon's career record is 248-178 (.582). |
