I have always been fascinated with webpages that teachers develop for their own classes and for other teachers' resources. Thus, I have attempted to make some of my own. I began very simple with a host that did the html for you and had all the graphics right there for you to choose. With the encouragement of a friend, who had already made a webpage at this hosting site, I had my beginnings for developing webpages. Soon afterwards, I taught two other teachers how to use this basic site to make their own homepages and they accomplished what they wanted.
Setting my sights a little higher for myself, I began to learn some basic html so I could add photos, tables, double backgrounds and other amenities for a webpage so that I could have additional opportunities to express myself on the www. I have made (or they are under construction) several webpages for my class and also ones for other teachers to use as a resource. Eventually, I will have them all completed and begin to wonder what my next "project" will be.
If you follow this link PAULIE'S HOMEPAGES you will arrive at the index to them all. I hope you enjoy what I have to offer and realize the growth I have made in developing webpages. Thank you for visiting!
I have made a new photo site with the story of building my Reading Igloo with captions: PHOTO STORY OF IGLOO CONSTRUCTION
