DRUG AWARENESS WEEK

Our door in Kindergarten one year had red hands and the words"These hands will never touch drugs."

Another year our Kindergarten slogan told everyone that "We will LEAF drugs alone." We all signed a scrolled paper at the bottom to attest to this promise.

This is my team teacher's class door in Kindergarten.

In 4th grade we used the slogan, "Nuts To Drugs" spelled out in peanuts. We all signed a mini oath to stay away from drugs and they became the border around our poster.

BUILDING

Making designs from pattern blocks was a fun activity in Kindergarten.

Even big 4th graders like to build things!

Another group of 4th graders enjoying some free time. In the background, you can see a very small portion of our ziplock bag quilt on the bulletin board. It has introductory stars of each student in it for the beginning of school.

This student enjoyed a wooden puzzle of the United States.

This Kindergartner built an enclosure for her farm animals.

These two Kindergartners made themselves a boat!

These two Kindergartners like circular buildings.

Making tall things that stack interested these Kindergartners.

A winding road was just what these Kindergartners needed.

These Kindergartners just liked to stack blocks.

Who knows what is in the imaginations of these Kindergartners?
