On November 7, 1998, I got papers from Emelyn about the settlement on the custody agreement that we went to court on October 29. Not only that, but another paper with our final date of our divorce, which will be on December 18 of that year. Get this; Emelyn asked me with a mean look, "Can you pay half." Which was $40.00. I shook my head no with a smile. Why should I? She started and wanted this.
When they filed the paper on April 15, Roma took me to Superior Court in Martinez to get a copy of what kind of "Divorce Petition." That was May 5. When I read her it, she did not tell the truth on her paper. First she put down that she leaves me on January 1, 1998. She left me on December 28, 1987. Get this, what shocked me the most on her paper the most that she claimed that she has Joslyn 79% and 21% is with us. How?
