July: July 17 Emelyn came at 10:00a.m. To brought Joslyn over. She was support to brought Joslyn over last night because Emelyn said her going to work in the morning, but did not come. We were all waiting. No, she did not even call us. We were thinking to drive to Santa Ana during the night to a void the heat. Dad & Mom page her but no response. Even dad pages her during the last few days to talk to Joslyn, but Emelyn did not call back. Also last night mom calls her job, and someone told my mom that they schedule Emelyn to work Friday morning the 17th. I got up at 4:00 a.m. could not sleep. Thinking about Joslyn. The day after we came back and that was on the 20th, Emelyn called at 11:30 a.m. Mom answers the phone. It Emelyn day off today and yesterday. She was thinking to pick up Joslyn or not. Mom gave her a choice if she wants to get Joslyn now. She decided not to pick up Joslyn. She works tomorrow afternoon. She picked Joslyn Saturday the 25th. First time, Joslyn was happy to talk to her mom on the phone.

August: My heart dropped to floor. Dad said, "Now Emelyn will not bring Joslyn over, only on the weekend. She will bring Joslyn to a babysitter." Because a eletrict piano that her mom want. When I was at school. I took a break from study and called home at 2:30 to asked if Joslyn is at the house. When my dad said no, my heart dropped to the floor. So I stayed at school until 6:00 p.m. That next day I did it again. I took a break from study and called home at 3:30 to asked if Joslyn is at the house. When my dad said yes, I packed up books and heading for home.

September: On September 16, my sitserwent with me to attend a workshop "How to Request Custody/Visitation. Child and Support and Restraining Orders" from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Martinez. When I was in that workshop, I saw some good plus on my side as a father.

October: Emelyn brought Joslyn at 11:30 a.m. She told dad that is going to pick up Joslyn the next day in the morning and brought Joslyn back to us on that same day. So that next day, Emelyn picked up Joslyn at 10:00 a.m. She said for a birthday party. So we let her. Question: 1) birthday party on a weekday; 2) from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. That is what time Joslyn came back to us. I even asked Joslyn where did you go. "A birthday party, papa." With a birthday bag of goodies. Nevertheless, when mom asked Emelyn if she can bring Joslyn Sunday (the 18th) for a birthday party that they invited Joslyn. Emelyn agrees to bring her. Then on that date she called and she changes her mind and she said that they were going out. This birthday party was that Emelyn cousin's house

November: After nine months of waiting, it is finish. The finial divorce is on December 18

December: This month was painful for me though it happened just a year ago. This Christmas I was so happy because Joslyn was with us. On the Custody Agreement, Joslyn should be with her mom on Christmas Day because it was an odd year, but she was at work.
