A CHRISTCHURCH JURY: Found a man not guilty of using a firearm to shoot at some intruders in may last year, They took into account that "self defense is a basic human right that musnt be robbed from us" however this same jury found the same man guilty on 'unlawful possession of a firearm'.
Section 48 of the Crimes Act clearly states 'Reasonable force' for self-defense with whatever means possible' This means using a firearm, disabling substance (ie. mace) or club to defend ones self. These days the cops dont really give a fuck about home invasions, burglarys rather ticketing yo ass for breaking the speed limit by 3km/h or something as trivial as being an adult smoking a joint in his/her own home to him/herself.
Now Really - Any politician/s who denies their very own citizens the right o self defence oughta be charged with High Treason - Waging War upon their own citizens, detained at the discretion of HM The Queen then face a treason trial where publically appointed judges can shout abuse at the once proud MP turned traitor then deliver the most heaviest penalty that NZ Law allows for the crime of 'waging war on the citizens of NZ'.
Our politcians dont give a fuck about there constituents but rather only care about them own arrogant selves they are stuck up, thoughtless useless miserable bastards who care shit about the people they are meant to serve.
I can only hope - with police response times to major crimes such as home invasions being so long (due to priority for the trivial stuff like traffic infringements), People like Greg Carvell would be let off and our government put on trial for there brutal, putrid and sickening crimes against there own people.

THE ROAD-TRIP

WHILE MANY OF YOUSE: Where either A-) Attending an ANZAC Day rememberance ceremony or Anti War Protest B-) Sleeping off a major hang-over till 5pm I decided to take a road trip to Palmerston North, On the road at 10.20am I arrived in Palmy at midday - a journey via State Highway 57 and Shannon taking 1hr and 40 Minutes.
Gotta say that as it was a public holiday there was jackshit to do until 1pm when all the shops opened, Brought a 6 pack at The Mill in Palmerston, intending on going to Wanganui but i was out of time so it was back on the road to Wellington again. The return journey took a bit longer owing to a 15 minute Red Bull break in Otaki but well worth it I was home by 3.30pm and ripping into my 6 pack by 6pm.
Oh and for your own reference, Palmerston Norths Traffic lights are more fucked up than those In Wellington. And for somebody who comes from a city where no traffic lights exist no more (Upper Hutt is all roundabouts nowadays, The wait is far less and they dont fuck up) I think transit should just replace the lights to get them to intl. standards.

YESTERDAY WAS ANZAC DAY: A Day to celebrate the sacrifices made by kiwis younger than myself in past and present wars. 32000 of them from the first known NZ War victim in 1899 to Pte. Leonard Manning killed in action at Timor Leste' in 2000. To many these kiwi soldiers are patriots.
Id like youse to all meet one of those 'patriots' - Despite my anti-war stance, i managed to come across a profile of my Great-Great Uncle who lost his life at Gallipoli. Unlike WWII When NZ Actually declared war on Germany, NZ not having any choice about its involvement in WWI I greatly appreciate the efforts of this family member i never met and of course his younger brother, My Great-Grandfather who died of wounds 25 years after the ill-fated Gallipoli campaign. His wife (My Great Grandmother) died in 1999 aged 103.
Again my anti-war stance should not be over-run by the supreme sacrifice my great-great uncle made 92 years ago. Ims ure he'd be insulted when those Doped Out Constantly Tripping Hippies Burnt the NZ Flag outside the Cenotaph yesterday morning, Although he would feel greatly insulted by this, He did die for the Freedom and democracy this country enjoys and in regards to flag burning it is classified as "freedom of speech" something he actually did die for, no matter how controversial flag burning may seem.

ROUGE DRIVERS - WRONG PRIORITYS: The Wellington 5-0 are on a crack-down on 'rouge drivers' this week. But as usual its always focussing on the wrong issues. I mean Slow Pokes down oriental parade (or any other road for that matter) NEVER get pulled over and ticketed and demerited, And dickweeds who pull out in front of on-coming traffic also escape scot free while people driving at 3km/h over the speed limit are the ones targeted, not in the name of public safety but in the name of the 5-0 gathering money for there friday night piss-ups at the expense of us drivers.
Fixing Up Wellingtons Poorly designed traffic lights (time mechanism faults), Ticketing and demeriting slow drivers and ticketing drivers who pull out in front of on-coming traffic is the ultimate solution to amending driver behavior rather than going after the "same old tiring problems". Im sure everybody knows Driving too slowly is not Only DANGEROUS and DISCOURTEOUS it is also ILLEGAL (Ref: Transport regulations 1967). I Expect to see youse cops out on Oriental Parade or some other area where Slow Drivers are a major problem and if you dont stop and ticket slow drivers then You Cops Just Suck!!!!

ONE MORE WEEK

ITS ONLY 6 MORE DAYS: Before I Quit my job of 9 months and on to a new one - hey we has got to move on and with my new one all lined up who cant say no to 4 days on/4 days off?
I didnt tell youse about my easter - well i worked 1/2 of it...but saturday afternoon it was a journey out to Upper Hutt to drop off some easter eggs to my dad and sister before heading back to K-Town, I even got ID'd at The Trentham Super Liquor - ID'd @ 27?? WTF?? Hey i used to DRINK at the tote next door for 5 FUCKING YEARS as a REGULAR patron!!! But you cant argue with the fact the liquor store attendant is doing his job i even gave him credit for it.
Going home from Work Monday with a massive as Sore Throat followed by Monday night - Stuffy and runny nose. My Annual Cold struck with vengeance albiet mild as, no big issue, We all get colds life goes on.
Well its town tonight - my usual spots from Kiities to Maya, maybe pop in to Boogie Wonderlands if ive got the time.

BELOW: Is a list of Wellington Traffic lights that are Fucked Up, malfunctioned and poorly designed....
CNR HALL ST/RIDDIFORD ST INTERSECTION NEWTOWN: The hall street/riddiford st turn traffic has to wait for eternity but the green light does not stay green long enough often the third car in the queue has to stop on an orange and wait for another eternal wait, traffic turning from Mein St into Riddiford gets more time to go through than hall street. Priority is given to traffic heading down Riddiford St.
CNR HUNTER ST/JERVOIS QUAY CBD: Eternal waiting times for cars turning into jervoius quay from hunter street, again the timing devices are faulty and greens change to orange after only 2x cars.
CNR HARRIS ST. JERVOIS QUAY: One of the worst lights in wellington, The same story as with Hunter/Jervois but more caution required as this is right up by the local ~~Pig Farm~~ Police Station, One lousy move and your left $150 outta pocket
THE LAMBTON QUAY-WHITMORE ST INTERSECTION CBD: Added to the wall-of-shame. On a green light This intersection only allows 2x cars through before going orange - then its another eternal wait. The worst of the Worst.
MT. VUICTORIA TUNNEL/RUGBY ST BY BASIN RESERVE: Again only after 3 cars green goes orange meaning another fustrating wait for traffic trapped in the queue, whle the rugby st. lane gets priority over the Mt. Victoria Tunnel/Rugby st lanes.
TARANAKI/MANNERS/COURTANEY PLACE INTERSECTION: One of the worst offenders....Generally traffic going north on Trarnaki gets to go green before Tranaki Southbound traffic does - Even after turning traffic....This is totally fucked up.
TORY ST/COURTANEY PLACE INTERSECTION: West bound traffic goes green whilst eastbound traffic still remains red, complain to the WCC and they do jackshit to fix the problem.
COBHAM DRIVE/WELLINGTON RD: Southbound traffic driving towards Kilbernie must wait an eternal wait, when traffic is queued up then only 3 cars are allowed through at a time befor ethe green changes quickly to red, Thus meaning many very angry motorists
ADELAIDE ROAD/RUGBY ST INTERSECTION: Until March 2007 this road was a free turn but putting traffic lights at that intersection was a BIG MISTAKE!! Traffic turning from adelaide into Rugby st must wait on average 4 minutes during off-peak hour and 7 minutes during peak hour whilst Priority is given to traffic going straight ahead on Rugby St, only for the lights to stay green for an average of 6 seconds!!! Thats like 3-4 cars max...result: Many very, very angry motorists.
HUTT ROAD/NGAIO GORGE/KAIWHARAWHARA SHOPS: Traffic turning into Hutt Road from Ngaio gorge must endure an eternal wait while priority is given to hutt road traffic - again only 3-4 cars are permitted in at a time during a very short green light.
A Message to transit - listen up you fuckwit cuntrags: The only way you can get the respect of wellington motorists is to implement the following procedures.
- NO LANE should get priority over another.
- The timing phases on the lights MUST be reprogramed and retimed so ALL Traffic waiting a queue at whatever lane gets to move through WITHOUT Having to wait at the same light more than once.
- Reds that last as long as it takes to knit a tea-cosey MUST be replaced with quicker time efficient reds so that NO Lane gets priority over another.
Until you can do that then my one-man war against your fucked up organsiation goes on!!!

EASTER TRADING - OVER MY DEAD BODY

IN ANOTHER ACT TO FURTHER DESECRATE RELIGION IN NEW ZEALAND: Our bastard government want to legalise Good Friday and Easter Sunday Trading. I say - OVER MY DEAD BODY.
This government has done so much to desecrate and annihilate christianity from New Zealand over the past 20 years - i would think its an act of TREASON to legalise such trading: New Zealand was a country foundered UPON CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES!!! and removing a part of the foundations to this country is regarded as TREASON!! William Hobson would be turning in his grave. Desecrating Christianity further would only curse New Zealand for many years.
If your gunna liberalise trading further - at least allow shops to trade on ANZAC Day Morning - Fucking hell New Zealand should never have been fighting in WWI in the first place. I was a war between Britain, France and Germany. It had nothing to do whatsoever with New Zealand, Then as now New Zealand was a benign strategic environment and helping the British to gain control and domination over Turkey was another british blunder - Of course the pommy bastards ordered NZ - A British Dominion at the time to enter the Ottoman Empire via way of the Dardenelles and Gallipoli. Thousands of Kiwis where sluaghtered - for what? The aggression of the "Colonial Superpower" Britain for wanting more countrys as her own? And lets not forget Vietnam. 35 kiwis dead for what? The glory of the Americans who pushed there aggression innocent civilians - Pillaging Villages and Napalming innocent Kids - and Kiwi troops helped them.
The only war NZ was ever justified in fighting was WWII - Hey the Japanese where only 2 hours away from invading this country and committing "gross and brutal acts of genocide" against Kiwis of all walks of life. And lets not forget the sick and brutal crimes hitler was committing in europe?

AN ARMED ROBBER IN FLAXMERE GOT FAR MORE THAN HE BARGAINED FOR: When staff and customers of a Flaxmere Bottle Store took back the store, overpowered the robber and held him until police arrive.
A Job well done from the staff and customers - sadly our Police - Under power from a Treasonous bloodstained criminal government who care shit about the safety of there own people are telling people" leave it to us, and dont overpower these people" yeh right - Like you cops give a shit anyway, you take on average 1/2 an hour to respond to these 111 calls anyway you useless peices of sick fuck, no wonder that report gave you a bad rap last week. - Puppets to a Criminal Government thats what you are.

MY WAR ON TRANSIT

BECAUSE OF TRANSITS CONSTANT FUCKING UP: I Have had no choice but to declare a one-man holy war against this organisation that has made a ~~BIG MISTAKE~~ Major Fuck-Up of wellingtons roads. Putting traffic lights at Rugby St/Adelaide Road was a BIG MISTAKE. Transit seems to live in an imaginary world that certain lanes get priority over other lanes. Rugby St gets priority over Turning traffic from adelaide. this morning i could have sworn that i could knit a Tea-Cosey (not that i do knit - just a figure of speech) and still be waiting at those fucked up lights at Adelaide road/Rugby St. After all the turning traffic DONT GET TIME to move on a green thus meaning a queue of traffic many vehicles will have to wait more than once at that same traffic light.
That By-Pass was a big mistake. Its fucked wellingtons traffic up yet when Adelaide road/Rugby St was traffic light free, we had free turns which encountered few delays. So if transit want me to make peace with them here are some simple terms to adhere to.
- NO No lane gets priority Over another.
- Allow ALL Cars in a queue to got thru a green rather than going orange after just 2-3 cars.
- Fix The timing devices on the lights again for reason 2 and to allow All lanes - not just rugby st - an equal time of waiting and moving.
Until then a state of War exists between me and Transit - Bastards who fucked up Wellingtons Roads so the damage done is irreversable.

DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT

DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT: Thats how ive described the actions of that Judge who sentanced Graham Burton this afternoon - 26 years is a slap on the wrist for a man who has killed twice - 1st time in 1992 - 10 years jail. And again while out on parole 15 years later. In the 1950s Mr. Burton would have been sentanced to death for his crimes - and while i dont support capital punishment at all, maybe if hanging still existed then Karl Kuchenbecker would still be alive and playing with his kids as i write while Mr. Burton roasts in the pits of hell for his sickful crimes!!!. again i dont support capital punishment but condemn our "treat our crims like pampered hotel guests" system!!!
As for the sentancing judge - id say strike him off the register and sack him for his ultra-lenient punishment towards this shrewed, cold blooded killer.
Come sometime in 2033 Our Newspapers will be publishing a story "Paroled Killer murders three times". All thanks to our PC-Nonsensical judicial system!!!
