The Olympia repeater is on Capitol Peak, south of the city of Olympia and west of the Olympia airport. The FM repeater is a GE Mastr-II continuous duty base, and the link radio is a Mastr-II mobile. The main antenna is at 80 feet on the tower, fed with 7/8" hardline. Coverage includes most of Grays Harbor, Mason, Thurston and Lewis Counties, as well as the south Sound area.

There is a weather station to provide temperature on the hilltop.

The Olympia station also includes a dual-port packet digipeater. This consists of two packet radio stations using Mastr-II mobile units. On the 145.63 side (District Three EOC Net), you can digipeat "via n7ujk-8". On the 145.01 (Puget Sound Net) side you can digipeat "via n7ujk-9". It is NOT A NODE. You don't connect TO this station, but rather "via" this station.

The gateway between 145.63 and 145.01 is used by digipeating "via n7ujk-10" from either side. This allows you to be on one frequency and make a contact (through the "worm hole") to a station on the other frequency.
The entire station fits in a single 6-foot rack cabinet, including a circulator and bandpass cavity for each of the 4  transmitters, and a 4-cavity combiner in the packet station.
The building is new, and lightly loaded at the moment.
There are many installations on Capitol Peak. Our Olympia station is on the right-most tower in the group of towers on the left, in the center of the picture. This is taken looking southwest with Minot visible above the towers.
