Light Up Siloam 2005Light up Siloam will have a new meaning this holiday season with Siloam's newest business addition. The building formerly known as home to D�j� Vu coffee shop is now Amnesia, a cigar and exotic smokes store. Joe Highlander or Smokey Joe as he is known to his friends, recently moved to Siloam from the Mile High city. Highlander said that he longed for a small town feel as compared with the hustle and bustle of Denver. Upon hearing about Light Up Siloam, Mr. Highlander decided to put everything in his shop on sale. "Light Up Siloam is the kind of thing I was looking for in a small town community, a place where the citizens in the community gather together for a good time. You just can't get that in places like Denver where everyone is too busy with lighting up by themselves instead of doing it as a community" said Highlander. Amnesia offers great variety of holiday favorite flavors like pumpkin pie, peppermint, gingerbread, and pungent evergreen. Make this years' Light up Siloam an event to remember by stopping by Amnesia to pick up a smoke or two. JBU students are advised to follow the community covenant and not to partake in such vile debauchery. |
