Welcome to My Poetry Page
Well, orginally I was not going to put my poetry on my homepage but I decided my poetry is not doing any good sitting in a box on my floor. So here are some of my poems. I will not put a few of them on here because they have a greater personal meaning; however, I hope you enjoy this. If you don't oh well I guess.
I have decided that I will put my poems on here in order of newest to oldest so the links with the higher numbers are the newest ones (ex. Page 2 is older than Page 3). I hope that's not to confusing. It just annoyed me having them all mixed in together. By the way the pages start with two because this is technically page one.
Shelter from the Storm In my darkness, you are my neverending hope. You were my light, when I lost my way. You calmed me down, when life seemed over. When everything seemed to go wrong, you were my right. You knew me for me and now my manufactured image. Somehow you saw through the front, into my soul. Never had I known your kind of comfort and love, until you came back into my life. In a world full of twists and turns, this is the oddest twist by far. When I wished time to stop and end my pain, you made time and pain fly away. My only fear now is you'll leave, yet even in that I am secure. For I know you will watch over me, even when no longer here. You are my shelter from the storm.
