My God, things have been crazy around here! First- All of you newbies now have the pleasure of meeting Engine-Joe Boy, but alas, he can only be a part-time member. Still, it is always an awe-inspiring event when the great one comes back home, and we should all feel good about the long awaited, 17-page spanning return. Grey Birdboy and Sk8 Maven Damsel- I'm sorry to see you leave us. From here on out, no matter how many arguements and debate occur on the LSH page, I'll always hold you both in high regards, especially you Greybird, for joining us in our fun. So, consider yourselves on leave, due to the fact that married couples can no longer serve in the LMB. Grey, it was nice seeing you goof off with us, and sheds a whole new light on your personality, so thank you. Dean Lee Lad- I see that your world has rejoined ours for the time being. Sit down and have a beer, were all watching Lumber Fox trying to get the ribbon off. Space Tart- I need to talk to you upstairs for a minute... Lash- don't worry about hiding your emotions. Hell, even an android can cry. IP: Logged |

Greybird & Sk8maven I hope nothing was done to offend either of you. When I started this thread I just had a goofy idea and knew a lot of my fellow posters would be just goofy enough to join me and run with it. That happened and It has been a blast. I proposed both of you for membership in this little LMB group so I feel kinda personally responsible. I have very serious opinions and will express them when I feel I need to. But I am about 85 % irreverence, so....... let the LMB shenanigans continue! IP: Logged |

Nobody was offended. It was just getting too overpoweringly weird to be able to keep up with it, or to do much with it that was interesting. For me, anyway. I think Maven's just busy with watching figure skating telecasts these days <g> ------------------ IP: Logged |

Greybird, good to know that you haven't taken offense to any of the silliness we have involved ourselves in on this and the other LMB threads. I have enjoyed reading your posts on those threads, and welcome you back any time you feel like getting a little loose. In the meantime, I hope you will continue to grace us with your opinions on more serious, Legion-related topics. You are one of the truly outspoken posters here, and I, for one enjoy reading your thoughts. I'm sure the other LMBers will agree with me there. ------------------ IP: Logged |

As far as I am concerned, having sk8maven damsel gone is less competition for me. Now if I can only get Shadowplay in candlelight Lass tossed out.... ------------------ IP: Logged |

Grey Birdboy - these threads will still be here when you feel like a chuckle in a week, a month or a year. So don't forget you can read them, then post if you feel like it. We'll "see" you over on the Legion board as well. Same goes for Maven. She may be saying "Ssssssso long, my dearsssss" for now but she can pop by any time. IP: Logged |

LMB Away Mission Teams should be formed to visit the other message boards..... like the MBL is doing ! If you want to be a mission team leader, say so ! Choose a message board world to visit (i.e. Green Lantern Message Board) and then let LMB members have a opportunity to join the mission team. If you want to join a mission team, anounce it ! Maybe spend a week on the other message board world and then report back to the LMB after the mission is completed. Some LMB members need to remain behind to deal with events here ! IP: Logged |

Good idea JO, but make sure my friends that you do not choose the GL board. Right now, our Road Trip is currently undertaking such a mission, and will ultimately end up at those boards, so that the LMB can attack in full force! Report to the Mission Monitor Board for info on the various missions undertaken. And come speak with these strange visitors from the past, they have some interesting stories... IP: Logged |

Okay, the e-mail list has gone out. If there is someone that wanted it, but did not get it, e-mail me and I can send it to you. If you would like to be added to the list, then I can add you to the list, as well. Also, I know how it looked on my side, but my mail server informed me that it sent the list out as text, not html. (go figure...) I may try to get it in a spreadsheet format and see what happens. (And I am stil open to suggestions for the format and data to go on the list) ------------------ IP: Logged |

Tsarin Kid here- reporting for duty. Wait- is everyone on a road trip? You mean I spent the past 2 weeks locked in the multi-lab (which looked suspiciously like a hotel room in Savannah) creating the Nowhere Machine (a great new alternative to holding cells- I got the idea from the bottled city of Pander... you should see their magazine racks; my eyes are still blistered!) for nothing? Ah, well- I've got Metropolis to myself for a change. Wonder what's on holocable tonight? Tsarin IP: Logged |

Tsarin- first of all, welcome back, we were wondering were you had been off to. Come and join us on our roadtrip, your scienctific genius will be sorely needed. By the way, where have Stately, Newcru, JWB, and all the others been? IP: Logged |

I told them to stay away from the Nowhere Machine, but they insisted on draping it with Spanish Moss. (Hand to head) Now where could they have been sent? Tsarin IP: Logged |

Just thought I'd mention that my twin cousins, Absolute Lee and Sure Lee, are visiting from that other dimension of ours. Now guys, try to remember that even though they're really, really beautiful, the whole "flesh dissolving touch" power they both possess really interfers with any possible get-togethers. Shady, I was hoping you might show them around hq, a little, maybe advise them on how things are around here. I'm especially concerned since those dudes from the past are here on that other thread. Forgive me if I don't give them a welcoming hug. I'll just shake their hands with these sugar tongs instead. Can you make sure they don't pat the Super Pets? IP: Logged |

I think we should get to 450 and then retire this thread before it gets too big. It's great fun to read, as an introduction to the LMB! IP: Logged |
