The Big Boom

| I'll never forget sitting at my computer during the Christmas holidays, Jeff was home from Alaska, Frank & Toby were there also. It was around 11 PM. I felt a rumble at my feet and suddenly, BOOM! The sky was lit up like daylight and there was a constant thunderous roar and our windows were rattling. |

We all rushed outside and initially thought plane crash or bomb.
We live only a few miles from a major power plant (bombing material) and
we were having some really bad relations with Iran.
After it continued for 15 minutes we realized it must be a gas well or line. It sure did wake our little town up! No people or animals were injured in this incident. |
