William Fenstermacher II was commisioned Justice of the Peace for District no. 10, comprising the townships of Heidelberg and Lowhill in 1804 and 1808; elected one of the commissioners of the newly formed county of Lehigh in Oct. 1812; and a member of the State Legislature in 1817, 1820 and 1822.
