Now this is your source:

Go to File-->New to make your white canvas

Open the image: File-->open

Select the objects from the source image using selection tools!

*Explore each tool

Then once you selected a part of the image, use move tool to drag it
to a new canvas
Press Ctrl+T to transform the image.

At the corner right side, you can see the layer panel.

Arrange the layers to achieve your sample output

Go to File-->Save to save your image. Save it as .jpg or JPEG
if it is your desired output already. If you think it still needs editing
save it as .psd!
