Color me Baby!
The Baby The Pattern The Outcome
  1. Open CS Adobe Photoshop
  2. Create a new canvas
  3. Open the images given above
  4. Go to Edit>define pattern in the flower picture.
  5. Using pattern stamp tool, click on the pattern(flower) image.
  6. Use Manetic lasso tool to select the baby
  7. Click Ctrl+Shift+I on your keyboard to exclude the baby from the selected
    part of the image.
  8. Brush your Pattern
  9. Go to Filter> Radial Blur> Zoom then set any integer bet. 8-12
  10. Go to Filter> Gaussian Blur and set any integer.
  11. As always, save your output as .jpeg or .psd
