MESSAGE FROM PAST PRESIDENTS

Hello everyone!

It has been a great honor to work with everyone of you during my presidency year.

It started with our first major project which was Leo School. Several major projects were held during my fiscal year. Thus, I would like to thank everyone for their effort.

Currently, many members are going overseas or outstation to further their studies. Nonetheless, I do hope this will not stop them from being a part of our club. Do continue your service in the club after you graduate. For the past few months it has been hectic one to a few members who were dedicated as organizing committee for the Multiple District Leo Conference.

We have also recently concluded our nomination and election for the new fiscal year Board of Directors (BOD)! Congratulations!

Lastly, I’m proud to say that our club has won several major awards during the District Leo Forum 2004 in Johor Bahru. Well done to everyone! Before I end, I would like to thanks everyone again for their dedication towards the club!

Finally our club’s website is officially launched!

Here I’d like to acknowledge and congratulate our webmaster Leo Goh Reebin, President Leo Yee Kuan, Immediate President Leo Lucy and the rest of the directors and members for their contributions. Not to forget our Leo Advisor Lion ST Yeoh and Lion President Lion Elaine for their advises and guidances as well.

As our club approaches its 3rd installation, it’s time to reflect on the early 2-year history of our club. It’s time we look back at how this club was founded, the idea behind it, and the path of our club till now. The current members can take this chance to walk down memory lane, while the newer members might learn more about the club. And by learning more of our past, we should be more equipped in knowledge and experience to deal with whatever obstacles that lie ahead of us.

I am certainly looking forward for a better year ahead.
