Cuesta, small town of the province of Leon located in the
region of the Goatherd. The goatherd is located in the
southwestern end of the province of Leon, limiting the west
with the province of Orense and the south with the one of
Zamora. The region divides in Goatherd High and Low Goatherd.
Cuesta is in High Goatherd to 1.4 km of Trouts, and an
altitude of 1177 ms. In the town any
public establishment does not exist. There are 23 main houses,
the others are houses destroyed or left and barns. Many of the
houses remain closed great part of the time and they are only
opened in summer. At certain times of the year 5 houses only
remain open.
