Climatic Aspects

The climate is strong and rough, as it corresponds to the province of León. The "Galician winds" blow generally and the altitude of the town exposes them frontally to him. Nevertheless the excellent direction of these localities towards the sun of afternoon allows to mitigate these rigors. 

Influenced by the continental climate, it is characterized by temperatures you cold (average annual of 9 ºC), with great frosts during winter that can below zero descend the thermometric values up to 10 or 15 ºC. 

The pluviometer precipitations are moderate with an annual average of 750 mm and frequently in snow form, due to the altitude. The relative humidity degree is low, which determines the previous thing along with that the summers are fresh and dry, and the winters enough chills, with thermal oscillations amongst the day and the night.
