History of Seafrance

At the moment Seafrance operates three passenger-freightships who make 15 crossings a day between Dover and Calais.
Besides that the company also has a freightship at it's disposal.
The company started after an agreement between Societé Nouvelle d'Armement Transmance (SNAT) and Stena Sealink.
At the moment Seafrance is the third largest ferry company on the line Dover-Calais and takes 21% of all Channel crossings.
The three passengerships and the freightship offer a combined daily capacity of 34000 passengers, 8300 cars and 2400 lorries.

Since december 2001 they use the new Seafrance Rodin.
