A freightservice has started between Ostend and Ipswich since february 7th 2000.
Two sisterships, the 'Flanders Way' and the 'Anglian Way' assure the crossings.

After a short joint-venture with Sammarina Shipping Lines, Ferryways started a new adventure with Mediterranean Shipping Company.
From January29th  2002 the Tango and Vilja run between Ostend and Killingholme.
