When I Was in Shahbagh

When I was in Shahbagh a small boy was crying
Vigorously In a sweet shop – a smell something like a dead frog
Was floating with the musical parades

Although maybe I was floating
Or swimming across the stalls of books – or
Was I flying ? – but my shoulders were

Closing up the wings like some aircraft

I made a perfect criticism of the tonality of the crying
And spread a rhythm of thoughts across the Neurons
And entering into a shop I asked

Hi
How is it going?
The roads are busy outside

Do you have the paper I’m looking for?
