So…okay…am all stressed out…but I had to
keep my fingertips working…so here it goes. That’s
the sad truth but I would like to believe that all these
stress thingies were all worth it. My nerves were all
tensed and fully worked out in patching up the past
weeks unsettled tasks to come up with a much concrete
and final choices of our wedding reservations and services.
I had my trial make up with Gloria Sy last August 2,
whose magic touch gave justice to my irritated facial
skin…(imagine all the pimples that kept popping
up because of all the sleepless nights and hectic schedule)
she made it all disappeared! Hehe!
On August 15 my coordinators Mai &
Malou went to Fernwood to “strategize” the
arrangements for both the ceremony and reception. We
all then made all the final touches in the selection
of centerpieces, motif, cake, and other amenities inclusive
in our package from our best-chosen caterer, Hizons.
One weekend we also went to see Ptr.
Manny and his wife Sis. Cristy to finalize the ceremony
program and processional line up. Hmm..we came up with
an interesting one I suppose...a bit dramatic but unique.
Not to mention our take home assignment-- writing our
personalized wedding vows, (oh gosh, my very own piece).

August 30, my friend Honeybee, (my
fellow bride-to-be hehe..pre-broadcast) and I went to
Edd Sy…for my final bridal shoe and gown fitting
and for her to get some gown designs as well.
One Wednesday after work, I met to
see Anjou in Glorietta to finalize the backdrop for
the stage during the ceremony. Nice! I’ve all
support groups to do all the knitty-gritty stuff. You
see…they are all there for a purpose…heheh!
Then few weeks after, we met our friend Wendell (whom
I consider a music guru) for several lets-talk-over-lunch
meetings to have the final line up of songs both for
the ceremony and reception. Wow! He’s just way
too skilled for music...he just has to hear it…and
in moment’s time, he is able to produce the song
like the original. Well, I actually made John and Wendell
put up the line ups and fortunately turned out the way
we liked it. Aha! With John’s singing intensions
during my bridal march makes a good romantic surprise.
Anyhow, the event itself is a real surprise to us no
matter how much we had prepared.
