Week of: August 14, 2000Day 36: August 14, 2000Got to the gym late tonight and I had to shorten my workout a bit, but I still had a great Leg Workout. The funniest part was when I was leaving the gym and got to the stairs, I took the first step down and my legs almost gave out.... At that point, I knew I had a great workout and that I would be feeling my legs for a few days.
Day 37: August 15, 2000Had a Magic Club meeting tonight, so I am going to tack my cardio workout on to the end of my Upper Body Workout tomorrow. Day 38: August 16, 2000Back in the gym and feeling good...
At the end, I added 20 minutes of cardio work on the Stationary Bike. Day 39: August 17, 2000Wound up taking tonight off again. Was just feeling a bit too tired and felt I needed it... Will add my cardio tomorrow with Legs & Abs. Day 40: August 18, 2000Still feeling a bit out of it tonight, so have decided to take the rest of this week off.... The plan is to pick it up again on Monday and pick it up strong.... Till then............ Day 41: August 19, 2000Off Day Day 42: August 20, 2000Off Day..... Will be back tomorrow and will be back stronger than ever........ Upper Body and I am ready for it!!! |
