Eden
1990
Eden has been a joy from day one. She gets along with everyone and has developed a sense of humor that is outstanding. She and grandpa have fun times together outdoors and she and grandma work on the computer inside, when we are together. While overseas, she is learning so much about the rest of the world. We wait for every phone call or email to learn what else she has experienced.
I love my camera and art programs on the computer. I take pride in making beautiful works of art with my photography and with the photos sent to me by others. I, naturally love to play with photos of Eden and you see examples of what can be done with a good art program on this page with, of course, Eden.
Eden has been able to experience a lot in her young life. She has lived near the ocean most of the time in Virginia Beach but now she has a different ocean, off the coast of Spain. She has been to Germany several times now, and can view Africa from a distance, sitting on a wall in Spain. Imagine! She is a girl scout, swims on a team for her school, bicycles, plays soccer, and is a good student besides being a great help at home. She can cook and sew and knows how to clean house like a pro. Her mom has been an excellent teacher in all ways. We of course, are proud of each one of them; Halie, Mitch and Eden, and hope they are having a lifetime of wonderful and unforgettable experiences while overseas.
Here you see Eden and her dad on the beach in Virginia. The beach has never been very far away for them and spending time there has been a gift for them all. I can't think of a better place for a child to grow up. The creature they are so thoroughly scrutinizing is a jellyfish washed up with the tides.
This double exposure I did lets you have a peek at our favorite girls together. Halie and Eden are very close and spend a lot of time with each other. Halie home schooled Eden for 5 years and the process has proved to be an outstanding experience for both she and her mother.
This is Eden with her other grandma. You can see they enjoy spending time together. At the top right, you see Eden with her mom and dad. All of these nice family pictures were taken on or near Virginia beach in Virginia by one of the family.
