Judy Belle Blain;  Born October 22, 1949;  Delaware County, Ohio; daughter of :  Henry Lee Blain 1889 - 1964 and Martha Jane Eads Randall Blain 1911 - 1975.  Judy is married to Bruce James Vaughan b- November 10, 1946. 

Judy was quiet like mom.  When I look at her, I see mom.  She has mom's soft spoken ways, her voice, and many of her features.   Judy loves music.  As a child she played the clarinet in school.  She kept a picture of her music idol of the time, Bobby Rydell, on the wall .  As Judy was six years younger than Bob, she seemed to us, a pest.  She would follow us around and want to do the things we did.  We didn't like it much at the time but looking back and remembering that exceptionally beautiful child, we would have defended her with our lives.  Where did the time go, we were "little kids", only yesterday.

Judy and Bruce have 3 children; David Henry, Gina Kay, and Robert James Vaughan.  Judy loves animals, her children and her grand children.  Her home always has four legged furry friends and  grandchildren moving about somewhere close by.  Judy must have found the perfect match in Bruce.  He seems to share the same feelings and concerns though he works long hours away from home.  We guys have discovered work away from home is easier than work at home and we are really thankful for our women.  If not for them, how would our children turn out so nearly perfect in our eyes? 

How did it happen that we chose to be so far away from one another?  How did it happen that we all wish we were now living more closely together.  How did it happen that our bond's grow stronger even though we are so far apart?  It's a mystery.

Beautiful Curls run in the Blain family but the weight of long hair pulls them out.  You can see from the younger pictures (second from the left Judy and brother Bob) the wonderful curl, hereditary in the boys as well as the girls.

Judy is tall, about 5' 7" and weight about 140.  She has long silver hair she wears down.  She has olive skin and blue eyes that smile.  I can see roses in her cheeks and believe Bruce helped put them there.  She laughs easily, enjoys keeping in touch and likes to reminisce those times way back when.
