Next to nothing is known about the menacing figure known as Mr Venge. He acts as President McCauley's Chief of Staff and leader of the Over-sight Watch, but very few know how truly powerful he is. He is able to shrug off the super-strength of Ultra Boy, the telepathy of Saturn Girl and the fiery energy of Wildfire without a second thought and had the strength to toss Ultra Boy aside like a rag doll. He is one of the few aware that Ra's Al Ghul is posing as Leland McCauley in the position of President of the United Planets.

The Omniphagos is a giant creature that had been imprisoned within a solid light pyramid in the Lost Galaxy. Who imprisoned the monster and how long it had been contained is unknown. The Lost Legion encountered it shortly after it was accidently released by the Progeny and barely survived the experience. The creature can apparantly "eat" matter to make itself grow in size and power. Upon meeting the Progenitor, the Legion found that he had also come upon the monster and shackled it with his own power. It broke free during his battle with the Legionnaires and as the Progenitor engaged it in battle, the two merged into one giant monster before seemingly being killed by Live Wire as his team-mates escaped back to UP space.
