Repulse originally confronted the Legion as the leader of McCauley's adult Work Force during the Stargate Rift incident. As a native of the planet Braal, he has the ability to manipulate metallic substances, most often using his abilities to morph his body armor into various shapes such as shields and large blades. Whereas Cosmic Boy is thought and finesse, Repulse is simply action and destruction. It seems that Repulse acts as the field commander of the Oversight Watch when Venge is not present. |
