Abyss has access to rings which were once used by members of the Science Police. Each of the rings was created with the essence and powers of deceased post-human criminals. The four individual rings consisted of:
1) a ring that creates a dimensional hole into a void
2) a ring that emits electromagnetic pulses which disables
electrical devices.
3) a ring that creates solid energy constructs
4) a ring that accelerates molecular decay
The molecular decay ring is thought to have been destroyed, but whether Abyss has all three of the remaining rings or not has yet to be seen. He has been shown to create dimensional holes and emit force blasts.

Brainstorm is a powerful telekinetic who tends to travel by mentally carrying himself above the ground in a seated position. He seems to be somewhat intoxicated with his own power and enjoys using it to hurt his enemies. Brainstorm also has a slightly enhanced intelligence level, but it is unknown how advanced this ability is.
