Review
House of the dead 2 is a really excellent shoot-em-up.
In it you can go either James Taylor or Gary Stewart two of AMS's special agents. You have to enter a city infested by zombies, snakes and insane bats, in an attempt to stop the evil Goldman who has created all these weird monsters.
Its quite funny to shoot the zombies in the chest and see a large hole appear, or simply to blow their head off.
You can use either a light gun or joypad to play the game and one of the best things about it is that you and your mate can play at the same time. The joypad is ok for certain parts of the game, but you really need the light gun for the fast moving action that sometimes occurs.
There are plenty of special features too, you can play a version of the game where you can collect special items that will help you in future games. Or you can go through the levels a different way each time depending on what you do in the game.
The bosses for the game are all fairly hard to get past, with each having its own weak spot.
Overall its a great game, though it must be said that it doesn't really have a lot of replay value as it can get boring after a while.
