The Chief of Logistics (COL) publishes the Quarterly Maintenance Plan Web Sites within the confines of AFI 21-116. Each plan is a comprehensive schedule of Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI), Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO), Scheduled Modifications, and Maintenance Standardization and Evaluation Program (MSEP) Evaluations for the following quarter.
