Homemade Veggie Burgers
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar,
     Mozzarella, or Monterey Jack)
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp Dried Garlic
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Large Eggs
Cooking Spray or Oil
8 Hamburger Buns
-In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, do not overmix
-Form mixture into 8 balls
-Heat oil or cooking spray
-Place 4 balls into the skillet at one time and flatten immediatley with flat spatula
-Cook for 3 minutes on each side and serve on hamburger buns

-Pour pats into a microwave safe bowl; corning ware tends to work the best
-Cover the pasta with just enough water so pasta is completely covered
-Microwave for 10-17 minutes or until the pasta is tender
CAUTION-water may boil over in microwave, but it's okay
-After pasta is cooked, drain and return to cooking bowl
-Cover with desired amount of sauce
-Re-microwave for an additional time until sauce is hot, then serve

-Boil 2-1/2 cups of water
-After boiling, add and cook pasta
-Once cooked, drain noodles
-Mix in rest of the ingredients except cheese
-Blend well, and then slowly mix in cheese until completely melted
-Then serve

Sloppy Bob's (No Meat Joe's)
1/4 Onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 cup Frozen Boca Meatless Patties
1/2 cup Bar-B-Que Sauce
1 tbsp Relish
2 Hamburger Buns, Split
-Cook and stir onion un hot oil in small nonstick skillet on medium heat for 3 minutes until tender
-Add mushed up burger, barbeque sauce and relish; mix well
-Cook 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally
-Serve in buns
Doggy Treats
4 Fat-Free Hotdogs
1/4 cup Bar-B-Que Sauce
1/2 Green Pepper, bite size
1/2 Onion, bite size
Cayenne Pepper to season
-Grill 4 hotdogs, onions, and green peppers in indoor grill
-After cooked, let cool for 5-10 minutes
-Slice hotdog into bite-size slices
-Place hotdog pieces, peppers and onions in a bowl or plastic bag and toss with bar-b-que sauce
-Eat as is or enjoy like a sloppy joe on a hamburger bun
