-In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, green pepper, onions, salt, and milk -Add ground turkey and mix well -Shap mixture into five 3/4 inch-thick patties -Grill burgers until cooked, indoor or outdoor grill will both work -Toast Buns -Assemble burgers and enjoy |

-Cut steak into 1-1/2 inch cubes -Toss the steak with flour until coated, then set aside -Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large saucepan on medium-hig heat -Add onions and peppers; cook and stir until crisp and tender -Remove vegetable mixture from pan and set aside -Add remiaining 2 tbsp of butter to the pan -Add steak, in batches, cook and stir until evenly browned -Return all of the steak to pan along with the vegetable mixture; sture -Add steak sauce, beef broth; mix well -Bring to boil; reduce heat to low -Simmer for 30 minutes -Serve over rice |
