-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F -Grease muffin pan or use paper cups -Combine oil, orange juice, brown sugar, eggs and yogurt; whisk until blended -Add whole-wheat flour and mix -In another bowl, mix baking powder with all purpose flour, then toss blueberries in it to coat -Combine the two mixtures together -Stir gently (don't over mix) -Spoon into cups -Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown |
