Spiced Bagels
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
4 Bagels, split
1/3 cup Strawberry, Pineapple, or
     Plain Cream Cheese
-Combine dry ingredients (sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg) and then store in an air-tight container for future use
-Spread bagels with cream cheese and sprinkle with dry mixture
-Serve warm

-Sprinkle cheese over half of each tortilla

-Place in indoor grill and cook for 2-5 minutes or after cheese melts
-Serve with sour cream

-Combine ingrediants ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth with a fork
-Pour desired amount into waffle iron and cook until they appear golden brown
-Top with syrup and fresh fruit

2 cups of Pancake Mix
1-1/4 cups of Water
1/3 cup of Oil
Blueberry Muffins
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 Large Eggs
3/4 cup Plain Yogurt
3/4 cup Whole-Wheat Flour
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
2 cups Unsweetened Blueberries
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
-Grease muffin pan or use paper cups
-Combine oil, orange juice, brown sugar, eggs and yogurt; whisk until blended
-Add whole-wheat flour and mix
-In another bowl, mix baking powder with all purpose flour, then toss blueberries in it to coat
-Combine the two mixtures together
-Stir gently (don't over mix)
-Spoon into cups
-Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown
