Apple-Honey Chicken
1/3 cup Apple Jelly
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp salt
4 Chicken Breasts
-Begin to heat indoor grill
-In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken
-Brush chicken with apple mixture
-Cook untl chicken is fork tender and juices run clear
-Brush occasionally with apple mixture

Jerk Chicken
4 Chicken Breast
1 Lemon, halved
6 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Pepper
2 tbsp Paprika
-Squeeze lemon juice over chicken
-Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl or extra strength plastic bag
-Coat the chicken with rub
-Place chicken in air-tight container and refrigerate for atleast 24 hours
-After the allotted time, grill and grill chicken until done or juices run clear

1/2 cup of Bar-B-Que Sauce
2 skinless chicken breast (1 lb)
Choose from one:
-3 medium Oranges
-3 large Limes
-3 large Lemons
-3 small Grapefruits
-Squeeze juice from 1 fruit and mix with the bar-b-que sauce
-Pour half of the sauce mixture into a large resealable plastic bag
-Add meat and seal bag
-Marinate in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes; refrigerate remaining sauce
-Preheat indoor or outdoor grill
-Slice the remaining pieces of fruit into 4 slices each
-Place 4 of the slices on grill; top with chicken; brush with reserved sauce mixture
-Grill until meat is cooked and served
