-Squeeze lemon juice over chicken -Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl or extra strength plastic bag -Coat the chicken with rub -Place chicken in air-tight container and refrigerate for atleast 24 hours -After the allotted time, grill and grill chicken until done or juices run clear |

-Squeeze juice from 1 fruit and mix with the bar-b-que sauce -Pour half of the sauce mixture into a large resealable plastic bag -Add meat and seal bag -Marinate in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes; refrigerate remaining sauce -Preheat indoor or outdoor grill -Slice the remaining pieces of fruit into 4 slices each -Place 4 of the slices on grill; top with chicken; brush with reserved sauce mixture -Grill until meat is cooked and served |
