Fudge Brownies
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Cream of Wheat, uncooked
1/2 Unsweetend Cocoa
1/3 cup Flour
1/2 cup of Cholesterol-Free
     Egg Product
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
-Mix sugar, cereal, cocoa and flour in a large mixing bowl
-Add egg product, butter and vanillia, mix it all well
-Spread into a greased 8-inch square baking pan
-Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean
-Cool completely in pan on wire rack
-Cut into 2-inch squares to serve

Ole' Fashioned Peach Cobbler
5 cups sliced and peeled peaches
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup firmly packed
     Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Pulp-Free Orange Juice
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 cup All-Purpose Baking
     Mix (Bisquick)
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Milk
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
-Toss peaches with syrup, brown sugar, orang juice, lemon juice and spices in a large sauce pan
-Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil
-Pour into 9-inch square baking dish
-Stir baking mix, granulated sugar and milk in medium bowl until dough forms
-Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto hot fruit mixture
-Bake 25-30 minutes until topping is golden brown

-Pour milk into large bowl
-Add pudding mix and flavored instant coffee to milk

Chewy Cherry Cookies
1-1/2 cup of All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 sticks of Butter
2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
2/3 cup firmly packed
     Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Shredded Wheat Cereal
     crushed
2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
1 cup Dried Cherries
-Mix flour and baking soda in a small bowl
-Beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy
-Gradually add sugars, beating until light and fluffy after each addition
-Blend in egg and vanilla
-Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition
-Stir in crushed cereal, oats and cherries
-Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets
-Bake at 375 degrees F for about 8 minutes
Let cook 1 minute, then remove from sheets and let completely cool on wire racks, then enjoy
