-Mix flour and baking soda in a small bowl -Beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy -Gradually add sugars, beating until light and fluffy after each addition -Blend in egg and vanilla -Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition -Stir in crushed cereal, oats and cherries -Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets -Bake at 375 degrees F for about 8 minutes Let cook 1 minute, then remove from sheets and let completely cool on wire racks, then enjoy |
