My cooking classes are held at Pineridge High School, Pickering Ontario, Canada. I have been holding these classes since 1999. It is just an extension of my passion for cooking. Extensive preparations are made prior to these classes, so that I can give the best value for money for those attending these classes. The students participate in hands-on preparation of a 3-4 course meal. The courses also include a well organized hand-out of recipes, shopping lists, pantry basics, food glossary, hints and tips.
