I have been cooking for over 12 years mostly for friends and family. In 1998 I ventured into the world of teaching with my first class at Exeter High School in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. Since then I have developed a passion for food and an affinity for passing on what I know to my students: the simple and easy way to create and enjoy good food -  food which is full of flavour, taste and satisfaction.  Asian Food is bright and colourful, with plenty of character supplied by the heat of red and green chiles, aromatic herbs, and dry and fresh spices.
