My experimentation with Fusion Cooking started a few years ago. When I was comfortable with it, I created a teaching program that highlights the creativity involved in fusion food. The course was an 8-week program (Winter 2000) at Exeter High School (Durham School Board) in Ajax. My audience - the students - were a group professionals who joined me in making this maiden venture a success. I enjoyed teaching this course and took a few pictures for my photo album |
